Start with a really big bowl.
Here are the ingredients that you will need:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream (not Lite!)
8 oz. shredded cheese (I use Colby-Jack)
1 onion, chopped
3 sticks softened butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix them all together.
Put in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. or until brown and bubbly.
