Spinach Dip!

So....yesterday at work, we had a luncheon for someones birthday and one of the girls brought Spinach Dip. After I took the very first bite, I just knew that I had to have the recipe. Here's what's in it....
The recipe is super easy!
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 pkg. McCormick Spinach Dip
1 15 oz. jar Tostitos Spinach Dip
1 can artichokes -optional
1 can water chestnuts-optional

Top with extra Parmesan and Mozarella Cheese.
You can serve this hot or cold.
Now I haven't tried putting this under the broiler and eating it hot - but, I'm sure that melted cheese would be wonderful!
Open Wide.....
OMG! It is so good!
Now, I probably have the same Spinach Dip recipe that everyone else does that you have to use frozen spinach and squeeze out all the water. Really, this one is so much easier and just as good if not better!
O.K. so I have to go now - I think the dip is calling my name!!
Hugs,
Cindy

  1. It sounds so good. My niece is allergic to the water chestnuts as are many others. Make sure people know about them in the dish.
This is good as a topping for baked potatoes too. Plus I add the leftovers into a sandwich. Any excuse.

  2. Yummy! I've never seen a recipe that uses the dip instead of frozen spinach. Sounds delicious and easy. Let's get together this weekend. I miss you!
